Captain Fabian’s is an artisan, small-batch collection of hot sauces combining the freshest ingredients to produce the tastiest flavors. We believe that hot sauce ought to enhance the experience of every meal; we have crafted each of our recipes to strike the right balance between heat and flavor. We use all natural ingredients, and our products are free of preservatives, artificial colorings, flavors, and thickeners. We want to make sure every bite is better than the last, Captain Fabian’s offers a selection of sauces to satisfy every level of heat, from very mild to extremely hot.

About The Captain

Captain Fabian is a 30-year corporate pilot who is currently the Captain of a Gulfstream 550 and has spent his career flying all over the country and the world. Fabian was born and raised in Ecuador, where he first began a passion for fresh, flavorful foods. In his travels as a pilot, he found that most hot sauces contained all heat and no flavor, and often, that heat took away the ability to enjoy the flavors to be tasted on the plate. Inspired to create hot sauces that only added to the culinary experience, not take away from it, Captain Fabian’s was born.

Fabian and his dear wife, Debbie, take much pride in crafting every unique flavor and sharing them with all. In some hot sauces, you'll find beloved fruits that Fabian grew up with in Ecuador; in others, you'll find the creative delights of Debbie's imaginative palette.
